Full Re-imagine Remodel

Half way through designing a custom home on a family member’s property this 30 year old home came on the market. While the existing home was not at all what the client wanted the footprint was nearly identical to the new design. So we proposed a re-imagine of new and old house and put it on the existing foundation with some clever modifications like changing roof pitches and raising the roof a foot for a more spacious feel! Super fun project!
